Prices include Indoor or Outdoor:  $600.00

Hours between 9 a.m - 3 p.m.

3 hour time rental

 Additional hours $100.00

  • Staff setup and cleanup
  •  100 Chairs
  • Additional chairs available for rental up to 200 for outside rental

  • Ice water and table set up
  • Bridal Dressing Room & Groom Dressing Room
  •  Black Lanterns on shepherd hooks,
  •  Silk Garland ( Green Ivy or white floral, Fall foliage) for the bridge and backdrop decoration

Outside Ceremony:

Three hour event include:

Brides have the  full attentions of her groom as she walks down over a bridge as she comes down the ceremony .

We have three beautiful areas for wedding ceremonies.

  1. Gazebo (Choice of Ivy around entrance)
  2. Waterfall
  3. Tree Canopy (Brown Iron Arch with choice of Ivy)

Indoor Ceremony: 

Three Hour Event Ceremony

We suggest for a comfortable wedding the indoor facility can comfortably seat 50-75 of your closest family and friend and guests in case of bad weather.

Deposits/Cancellations:

The Conrad Ranch Wedding and Event Center requires a $300.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your event! The deposit can be transferred within a 12 month period if event is cancelled 60 days before your event. We require that when the guest count is finalized for ceremony set-up, the balance is to be paid in full two weeks before the scheduled event.

Liability Deposit:

A $250.00 refundable incidental deposit due with final payment. We require one active credit card on record for additional damages and liability claims.   

Photograph:

Photo sessions needed outside your rental date and time will need to be arranged with the Conrad Ranch upon availability.  Please arrange enough time for pictures if needed.

Alcohol Beverage:

Alcohol MUST be served by a bartender who is licensed and insured to serve alcohol in the state of Utah. Absolutely no outside alcohol allowed on the property. The Conrad Ranch will provide a list of approved Alcoholic Beverage Services to help your event planning.

Decorations:

  • Black Lanterns on shepherd hooks
  • Silk Garland ( Green Ivy or white floral, Fall foliage) for the bridge and backdrop decoration

Renters are responsible for their decorations or garbage brought in for the event.

Parking:

Handicap and Private Family Parking is available behind the event center. Public Parking will be available across the street from the grounds.

DJ and Announcer:

We have a great DJ that is available to hire. A ceremony only with microphone will be $200.00. Or you are free to bring in your own.        

Etiquette:

Conrad Ranch requires that all guest  Smoke in designated areas in the Parking lots during event.  Provo City noise ordinance is enforced at 10 p.m. There is no Alcohol allowed in the parking lot or premise brought in by party or guests. There will be a verbal warning and then the local Sheriff will be called.
