Ceremonies & Reception, Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Luncheons, Reunions, Funerals, Holiday Events, & Business Meetings.

Standard Rental:

Monday -Thursday  $2000.00     Friday-Saturday  $2200.00

Six (6) hour block  10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Additional hours: $150.00  

 Small Rental:       

Monday - Saturday $1000.00

Four (4) hour block 9 a.m-3 p.m. Additional hours; $100.00

Facility Events Standard Event fee(s) includes:

  • Venue- Inside or outside not both

  • $500.00 additional room rental if needed

  • One set of basic linens are included in the rental. Others will be an additional charge if needed.

  • (2) on-site staff support help with questions and concerns.

  • Tables, chairs and linens will be available to set up.

  • Renter are responsible for the cleanup of anything that is brought in for the event and buildings used.

Indoor Events: Our facility accommodates  up to 100 guest for a formal dinner event and up to 350 + guests for an open house event. This area furnishes beautiful wood tables, two fireplaces, wooden dance floor and a large side patio.  This option is wonderful for the warm and cooler days for your guest and you.

  • 12 Dark Oak Tables (Six Guest Per Table)

  • Fire Place (Two)

  • Baby Grand Piano

  • Large Side Patio with 3 Iron Tables for guests with lights

  • 2 Serving Table (6 foot)

  • Display Table

  • Black Iron beverage table

  • Wooden Cake Table

  • 2 (4 ft) floor easels and 2 table easels

Kitchen: Note: Warming only, no food allowed to be prepared Include: (2) ovens,  (1) microwave, Commercial Sink (no disposal), Double Door Refrigerator, Large Center for  preparation. Medium size freezer chest. Glass dinnerware and utensils available. Kitchen must be cleaned and checked off at the end of the event.

Outdoor Events: Conrad Ranch, offers 2 acres of ground surrounded by beautiful mountains where guest can enjoy while they attend your special event. Come and relax next to our natural ponds and  your guests will not want to leave. We have a large pavilion to use throughout your event, and plenty of space for your event to utilize.

Include: (March through mid November )

  • Covered Pavilion, Gazebo, and Power House

  • Use of the 2 acre grounds with a beautiful waterfall and three spring fed ponds

  • Beautiful Outdoor Lighting for evening events.

Small Rental Includes: Same as above but with smaller quantities of tables

*Our tables are draped with a standard 90 inch round tablecloth to match your color scheme. Additional tables and linens are extra.


The Conrad Ranch requires a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your event! The deposit can be transferred to another date within a 12 month period if event is cancelled 60 days before your event.

Liability/Cleaning Deposit

Refundable $250.00 cash or cashier's check  may be required for a cleaning deposit for larger events.  We require one active credit card on record for additional damages and liability claims.

Final Hours and Payment

We require that rental hours be finalized and the balance is to be paid in full two weeks before the scheduled event. If rental hours ends up higher then agreed, an additional $200.00 per hour will be charged to credit card on record.  The six-hour rental includes setup and breakdown of your event. (To avoid additional charges we recommend that you allow 60 minutes each for setup and breakdown time.) 

Set-up Options if needed

  • $100.00 Staff support for ceremony setup and ice water (if needed)

  • $25.00 Extra staff member per hour if needed for larger groups

  • $200.00 Staff support for table and chair set-up and break down (if needed)

Alcohol Beverage

  • No Outside Alcohol allowed on the Conrad Ranch Properties ·        

  • All alcoholic beverages shall be served by a bartender who has a current, valid server certification issued by the State of Utah

  •   Proof of license and insurance copy to the Conrad Ranch

  •   Alcohol will be served during reception hours only (2 Hours)

  •    No glass bottles or cups served to guests on the grounds

  •   All unused alcohol will be held until the parties leave the property

  •   Any damages occurred from an over intoxicated guests will be billed to responsible parties

  •   No hard liquor (or mixed drinks)

  •   Beer, Wine and Champagne only

  • $300.00 convenience fee which includes extra security for your event.

Food Services/Catering

We have an open catering policy and a suggested vendors will be available upon request.  All equipment, rooms, and grounds used will need to be cleaned and expected to receive the cleaning deposit refund.  All trash needs to be taken out to dumpster. Checklist will be provided.

Wedding Cake (optional)

A Three Tier Cake with Butter Cream Frosting, Choice of cake flavor (Marble, Chocolate,Vanilla) and Fillings (Raspberry,Bavarian,Lemon) with basic design. starts at $300.00. This is a  6",8",12" round or square cake that will serve 75-80 guests. A 6",10",14" round or square cake that will serve 85-90 guests starts at $350.00.


Handicap and Private Family Parking is available behind the event center. Public Parking will be available across the street from the grounds.


Conrad Ranch requires that all guest  Smoke in designated areas in the Parking lots during event.  Provo City noise ordinance is enforced at 10 p.m. 

DJ and Announcer

We have a great DJ that is available to hire. Or you are free to bring in your own.
