Rental Summary

This is a 6 hour rental block. You bring in your own caterer and decorations. You use the hours as you wish. Hours can be extended for an additional cost. Standard tables and chairs will be setup and broken down for your event.


A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit will be required to set your date

Monday -Wednesday $3200.00 *$2800.00 before 3 p.m.

Thursday - Saturday $4000.00 *$2800.00 before 3 p.m.

Includes:

Six-hour (6) block from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. additional hours $200.00 an hour up to 2 hours

* Six-hour (6) block from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. if available, not available in September and October months

Fall Hours for September and October is a six hour evening blocks 2-8 p.m. or a 4-10 p.m.

Add $1500.00 for the whole day from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. on evening event pricing

Venue- We do have an inside option that is included, the house will be open for your use.

The inside venue will hold a maximum of 85 seated guests with additional tables rented, Tables are set and will be your responsibility to move if desired.


Renters responsibility

  1. Renters are responsible to setup/breakdown/cleanup anything brought into the venue

  2. All benches, items, tables moved need to be put back in original places

  3. The venue includes inside and out. You will be responsible to clean all areas if used.

  4. We do not allow silk petals, confetti, fireworks, fiberoptic wands, pond decorations

  5. Sparklers are allowed but must be collected at the send off      

  6. Clean up car decorations

  7. Any ground stakes need to be approved by the staff, we have water lines and electrical that you will be responsible for if broken.

  8. Please do not come before or stay after your rental time hours, additional hours are available to rent before you event. You will forfeit your deposit.

  9. Smoking and vaping is in designated areas in the upper parking and across the street parking lots

  10. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The Conrad ranch is not responsible for any accident or injury to guest on the property

  11. Kitchen is for warming and staging food only, no cooking is allowed

  12. Alcohol is allowed only with a licensed and insured Bartender in Utah and a contract signed by both parties. Please ask for details. Please inform there is no alcohol brought in by family and guests on the property including the parking lot.

  13. Any changes to the table set-up will be your responsibility.


Information:

  • We have plenty of electrical outlets on the property

  • Parking is across the street from the venue and we set out cones for your event

  • We have Handicap Parking to access the house, which is in the upper parking lot on the west side of the house

  • Family parking is best behind the house in the upper parking lot

  • There is an access road that loops around to the Pavilion and outdoor catering building

  • The building on the pond is an open room to cater out and has a fridge, a freezer and water

  • Bridal pictures are included but need to scheduled with the Conrad Ranch.

  • Kitchen does have basic needs for prepping such as cutting boards, knives etc..

  • There is no sound system or WIFI (AT&T cell service is best) past Vivian Park others services are spotty.

  • We do have a spacious bridal room and grooms room (no alcohol allowed)

  • There is only one event during your time. But we do schedule others before or after yours if available

  • We will have your event set up when your rental time starts

  • Catering electrical needs and cooking will need to be discussed before event.


Extras available:

$25.00 per hour per staff if needed (min. 3 hours) for serving and restocking catering

Guest Tables with chairs/linen are $40.00 each (up to 10 tables)

Serving Tables with linen are $30.00 each
