Rental Summary
This is a 8-hour rental. Bring your own caterer and decorations. Use the hours as desired; extensions available for an extra fee. Standard tables and chairs provided will be set up and taken down.
A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit will be required to set your date

The inside venue will hold a maximum of 100 seated guests with additional tables rented, Tables are set and will be your responsibility to move if desired.
Renters’ Responsibilities
Renters must set up, break down, and clean up all items they bring to the venue.
All benches, tables, and items moved must be returned to their original places.
The venue includes both indoor and outdoor areas; renters are responsible for cleaning all areas that are used.
The following items are not allowed: silk petals, confetti, fireworks, fiber-optic wands, or pond decorations.
Sparklers are permitted but must be collected and disposed of properly after the send-off.
Car decorations must be cleaned up after the event.
Ground stakes must be approved by staff prior to use. The renter is responsible for any damage to water or electrical lines caused by unapproved stakes.
Please do not arrive before or stay after your rental hours. Additional time may be rented in advance; unauthorized overtime may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas — the upper and across-the-street parking lots.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The Conrad Ranch is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring on the property.
The kitchen is for warming and staging food only; cooking is not allowed.
Please ensure no alcohol is brought onto the property by family or guests, including the parking areas.
Any changes to table setup will be the renter’s responsibility.
Catering and power needs must be confirmed prior to the event. Renters may need to supply a generator for large electrical items. We will do our best to accommodate within the available power supply.
Information:
We have plenty of electrical outlets on the property
Parking is across the street from the venue and we set out cones for your event
We have Handicap Parking to access the house, which is in the upper parking lot on the west side of the house
Family parking is best behind the house in the upper parking lot
There is an access road that loops around to the Pavilion and outdoor catering building
The building on the pond is an open room to cater out and has a fridge, a freezer and water
Bridal pictures are included but need to scheduled with the Conrad Ranch.
Kitchen does have basic needs for prepping such as cutting boards, knives etc..
There is no sound system or WIFI (AT&T cell service is best) past Vivian Park others services are spotty.
We do have a spacious bridal room and grooms room (no alcohol allowed)
There is only one event during your time. But we do schedule others before or after yours if available
We will have your event set up when your rental time starts
Catering electrical needs and cooking will need to be discussed before event.
Extras available:
$75.00 per staff for 2 hours. $25.00 an hour extra if needed. This is for catering restocking only
Guest Tables with chairs/linen are $40.00 each (up to 5 tables extra)
Serving Tables with linen are $30.00 each
Extra chairs are $2.00 each (100) included
